Online Event – Working In Harmony

The Very Reverend Abigail Thompson (Dean of Sheffield Cathedral) and Tom Daggett (Director of Music at Sheffield) will be joining Hugh Morris (RSCM Director) to discuss how clergy and musicians can develop a shared vision for music.

Tom is a conductor, educator and organist. He is developing the musical life of the cathedral based on an education programme extending across the Diocese. Formerly at St Paul's Cathedral, he was co-founder of the Hackney Children's Choir as part of a partnership programme benefitting schools in the Diocese in the mose under-resourced areas.

Abi has been Dean of Sheffield since 2021 and has spent most of her ordained life in the Diocese of Sheffield. Before her ordination, Abi studied music at Kings College, London and sang professionally.
