Online Event – Introducing the Young Voices Toolkit

Wednesday 2^nd April at 7.00pm 

St Mary’s Church in Swanage has a large and active adult choir, singing weekly choral services, but over the last couple of decades this has not regularly involved children. Nor was the church itself attracting many young families. With a renewed vision and some creative partnerships, the Junior Choir relaunched after Covid lockdowns is now a thriving, diverse and committed group of sixteen young choristers, making regular contributions to sung worship and other events, and helping to rejuvenate the church. Find out how this has all been achieved, and hear about an exciting, brand-new, RSCM resource to help those looking to set up or develop singing opportunities for young people in their churches.
