This form will sign you up as a Voice for Life Digital Choir Trainer for your church on the RSCM Hub. You will have on-going access as a choir trainer to the system for 5 years. Once succesfully processed, you will be able to purchase VfL Digital levels for your choristers and set them up with access to Voice for Life Digital levels.
